Community rules

Effective 26 October 2026.

Rubble Rumble online play is for ages 13 and over. These rules are part of our Terms of Service.

Play a fair match

No cheats, bots, modified competitive clients, deliberate connection interference, rating manipulation, win trading or exploiting bugs. Report a reproducible issue privately instead of using it against another player. Do not evade bans or impersonate staff.

Respect people and protect privacy

No threats, bullying, hate, sexual content, exploitation of children, scams or unlawful material. Never publish anyone’s address, contact information, account credentials or private messages. Do not ask children for personal contact details. Keep names and tournament titles appropriate for a teen audience. Only share content you have permission to use.

Mute, report or leave

Use Mute beside a player’s name to hide their room chat on your device. This is a room-local control, not an account-wide block or a guarantee you will not meet again. Use Report beside a player, in Events or after a match, choose the reason and add only necessary details. In-game reports need an active online profile; if you cannot submit one, email support@rubblerumble.com. Include the player name/tag, approximate time, room/event and what happened. Do not send passwords or sign-in tokens. Leave a room that feels unsafe; contact emergency services for immediate danger.

How reports are handled

Reports may preserve recent chat, room/match information and fair-play evidence for review. We may reset names, remove content, restrict chat/features, void improper results, suspend or ban accounts. Serious abuse can lead to immediate action. Do not submit knowingly false or retaliatory reports. To appeal, email support@rubblerumble.com with your Player ID, decision and relevant context. We protect reporters’ privacy and may not share another player’s investigation details.

Community events

Use accurate event information and fair published rules. Respect the organizer’s schedule and check-in instructions. This version does not support entry fees, wagering, cash prizes or cash-out. Organizer-confirmed brackets do not award public Ranked results.
