Include your Player ID or chosen name/tag, device/browser version, approximate time, mode and steps to reproduce. Screenshots are optional; remove private information first. Never send a password, Google sign-in credential or game-session token.
Play and account basics
- Story and Practice can be played without an online account.
- Online play is for ages 13 and over. Google sign-in is optional; do not change your age answer to bypass a restriction.
- Local Story progress and replays remain on the device; signing in does not automatically move them.
- Uninstalling the app does not delete a server account. Use Account or the deletion link.
- No payments, subscriptions or ads are enabled in this release candidate. We will never ask you to pay for an account deletion.
