Terms of Service
Effective 26 October 2026.
These terms govern the Rubble Rumble website and Android game provided by Combat Textiles LLC. Our privacy policy explains information handling. The community rules form part of these terms. Contact: support@rubblerumble.com.
1. Eligibility and agreement
Online features and accounts are for ages 13 and over. Provide an accurate birth year/month. If you are a minor where you live, have a parent or guardian review and agree to these terms with you. Under-13 users are limited to offline Practice and Story; we do not offer under-13 online accounts or verified parental-consent enrollment. A separate review is required before marketing the game as directed to children. You will be asked to accept the current terms and community rules before the supported client enables online participation; declining leaves offline modes available.
2. Accounts and saves
An online guest profile can save account progression. Google sign-in is optional and can make an online profile available across devices. Local Story saves and replays do not automatically follow a Google account. Protect your device and account; do not share or sell accounts. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You can export or delete account data through Account or the web deletion resource. Deletion is irreversible for the active account; retained evidence, backups and device-only files are described in the privacy policy.
3. Fair play and community conduct
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate competitive play, tamper with connections, coordinate fraudulent results, impersonate staff, evade sanctions or use accounts to manipulate ratings. Do not post unlawful, hateful, discriminatory, sexual, threatening or harassing content, or another person’s private information. Do not solicit children’s contact details or arrange prohibited contact. Use only content you have the right to share. Do not use game names, chat or tournament titles for advertising, scams or illegal activity.
4. Safety and moderation
Chat/name filters and rate limits reduce abuse but cannot catch everything. Room chat can be muted locally and players can be reported through the game’s reporting controls. You may also send a report or appeal to support@rubblerumble.com. We review reports and may remove content, reset names, restrict features, void improper results, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for safety, security or a terms violation. We explain decisions and provide notice where required by law; urgent action may come first. Moderation evidence or an abuse-prevention identity hash can be retained as described in the privacy policy. Do not rely on the game for emergency assistance.
5. Matches, events and rankings
Availability depends on the mode and service configuration. Public Ranked and paid features are disabled in the current release candidate. Community tournaments use organizer-confirmed brackets unless explicitly labeled otherwise; a confirmed bracket is not a verified Ranked rating. Room capacity can be lower than event capacity because pairings play separately. Organizers must use fair, lawful rules and may not charge entry fees or promise cash prizes through this launch version. No stakes, wagering or cash-out are supported. We do not guarantee an opponent, uninterrupted connection, ranking or reward; disconnected or invalid matches can be cancelled or reviewed under their mode rules.
6. Virtual items and charges
The launch candidate is free to play with no enabled advertising, real-money purchases or subscriptions. Earned currencies, cosmetics, XP, levels and other virtual items are limited game-use permissions, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money. We may rebalance the game with reasonable regard for players and applicable law. Any future paid products require updated disclosures and the applicable store/payment rules before activation. No purchase entitlement is promised by this version.
7. Content and intellectual property
You retain any rights you have in your contributions. You grant us a non-exclusive permission to process, display and moderate your chosen name, chat and event content only as reasonably needed to operate, protect and improve the service, subject to the privacy policy and applicable rights. The game’s code, branding and assets are owned by their respective rightsholders or provided under applicable licenses. You receive a limited personal-use license to play; do not sell or redistribute the game or circumvent its protections, except as applicable law permits. Streaming your own play is welcome, subject to other players’ privacy and third-party rights. Third-party notices identify included resources.
8. Availability, updates and ending access
We may update, change or discontinue features. We will give notice of material changes or permanent shutdown where reasonably practicable and required by law. You can stop using the game at any time. We may end access for serious or repeated violations or security reasons; statutory rights and the data request process remain available.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as available” without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any responsibility or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a waiver of children’s or consumers’ non-waivable rights.
10. Law, disputes and changes
New Jersey law governs to the extent permitted, without taking away mandatory protections available where you live. Courts with legally required jurisdiction remain available. Please contact support@rubblerumble.com so we can try to resolve a concern first; this does not prevent you from using a lawful complaint process or meeting a legal deadline. Material terms changes will be brought to your attention and, when needed, require renewed acceptance. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining lawful provisions continue to apply.
