Request deletion without the app
Email an account deletion request
Write to privacy@rubblerumble.com with your Player ID if available and enough information to identify your game account. We will verify ownership using limited information before acting. A message from an email address alone is not proof of ownership: our game does not retain your Google email address. Never send a password or token. We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days or explain an applicable extension or lawful retention.
Or delete in the game
- Open Account from the game menu.
- Select Delete account and data, or Delete this guest profile.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
Deleting a Google-linked game account removes its active account records across devices. It does not delete your Google account. Uninstalling the app does not delete your game account.
What is removed
Active account identities/sessions, profile, ratings, inventory/currency and progression records, related account match entries and hosted events. Entries in other organizers’ events are detached from your identity. Shared match records may remain without the deleted profile association.
What can remain
- Moderation reports and captured evidence, including names/chat necessary to review abuse; closed reports are eligible for cleanup after 365 days from creation, while open investigations can last longer.
- An abuse-prevention hash of a sign-in identity during an active ban, potentially indefinitely for a permanent ban.
- Restricted backups/provider recovery copies until handled under the privacy process; active deletion does not immediately erase every backup.
- Other players’ copies or local replays, and your own device-only settings, Story progress and replays. Clear these using replay controls or browser/app data settings.
See the privacy policy for purposes, retention and request details.
